The cleaning process of the male connector of the power connector can be roughly divided into three steps, as follows:
Step 1: Wipe the power connector with a clean cloth until there is no dirt or debris. Then separate the connector to expose the female socket and the male plug, and observe the status of the male pin. If green or white powder appears on the pin, it indicates corrosion. If the metal looks rusty and cracked, you may have to replace the entire plug assembly. .
Step 2: Tear off a small piece of fine sandpaper, about one inch wide and two inches long, and polish or rub pins with sandpaper to remove the discoloration of the power connector metal. You can also wrap a small piece of sandpaper around the pins and rotate the paper until a clean or shiny metal surface appears.

Step 3: Brush the metal pin of the power connector with a toothbrush, and quickly spray electrical contact cleaner to remove dry dust or corrosion. If you are not in contact with the cleaner, you can use vinegar to clean the pins, and then brush the needle again to remove any remaining debris. Apply a spray coating that contacts the lubricant. This will help prevent corrosion and increase the electrical conductivity of the connector.
