For the classification of industrial plugs, we usually classify from seven aspects of power supply, voltage, applicable code, rated current code, pole number, model identification, and special specifications. Specific knowledge such as
under:
1. Power supply: divided into 16A 32A 63A 125A
2. Voltage: 40V-45V is purple 110V-130v (yellow) 200V-250V (blue) 230V-415V is red 500V is black
3. Applicable code: (0 represents plug, 1 represents surface-mounted socket, 2 represents coupler, 3 represents concealed socket, 4 represents flange oblique seat, 5 represents exposed socket, 6 represents concealed socket
4. Rated current code: (1 means 16A, 2 means 32A, 3 means 63A, 4 means 125A)
5. Number of poles: (3 means 3 poles, 4 means 4 poles, 5 means 5 poles)
6. Model identification of industrial plug: For example, TYP163 is represented as industrial plug, color is blue, voltage is 220-250V, current is 16A, number of poles is 3 poles, degree of protection is IP44.
7. Special specifications: (L means conical plug head, N means consistent color)
