Terminal wire processing and production process steps

Talking about the processing of terminal wire and the production process steps, the electric bee optimization engineer believes that it can be divided into four parts: cutting wire, peeling, tinning and terminal crimping. The specific contents are as follows:
Terminal Wire
1.Cut line
The wire harness manufacturer first cuts the wire according to the size required by the process of the terminal wire with the automatic cutting machine equipment, and arranges the cut wire according to the regulations (for example, 50 pieces/tie) to the designated position, and affixes the product identification. The production process that flows to the next terminal line.
2. Peeling off the skin
The wire cut according to the size is installed according to the specification of the terminal wire, and the corresponding wire stripping machine equipment is installed, and the process of peeling, clamping, and cutting is adjusted according to the process requirement index of the terminal line. Adjust the size adjustment plate according to the length of the peeling, place the wire in the middle of the blade of the peeling machine, the wire head against the size adjustment plate, step on the foot to peel off, and then flow to the next terminal line production process.
3. Dip tin
Adjust the tin wire (300±20 °C) according to the temperature given on the SOP, remove the wire, and separate and align the core conductors. Dip the core conductor with flux. The core wire shall be sent vertically to the tin furnace (dimensions according to SOP requirements). When the core wire is in place, the wire shall be taken out immediately, and the production process will flow to the next terminal wire after completion.
4. Terminal crimping
The wire finished with dip tin is crimped to the upper terminal by a crimping machine according to the process requirements of the production terminal line. After completing this process, the finished product of the terminal wire is completed. The subsequent process flows to the inspection and packaging process of the terminal line.
