The inspection standard of the connector involves four aspects: environmental inspection, packaging inspection, appearance inspection, and functional inspection. The specific contents are as follows:
1. Requirements for testing environment
Under normal light source conditions, the product is placed on a workbench, 30 cm away, and viewed at a 45-degree angle.
2. Packaging inspection standards
Each product packaging box and inner box must have the corresponding product name, specifications, material number, quantity, and environmental protection signs affixed to the packaging. The packaging must not contain mixed materials, wrong materials, moisture, deformation of the packaging box, damaged cabinet, each product The packaging must be protected accordingly.
3. Appearance inspection standards
There is no deformation, bending, oxidation, stains, etc. on the pins or conductive parts of the pin jack. Use vernier calipers and micrometers to check whether the length and outer diameter of the product are within the standard range.
4. Functional inspection

Use a multimeter to check whether the resistance value at both ends of the conduction is within the standard. Put the product pins into a 270±5°C molten tin furnace for solder resistance, take it out from the tin furnace, and measure its function after 3 hours. Before the test, the function is consistent and there is no heat loss.
